Even though Pat Sajak has been hosting this show for DECADES, he still is capable of making pretty big mistakes. Like this one that happened last Friday. They were starting the bonus round and Pat grabbed the prize envelope and immediately opened it versus waiting until after the contestant tried to complete the puzzle.
