Jack Harlow found out on the red carpet that he won a Billboard Music Award for Top Rap Song with Lil Nas X for “Industry Baby”!  He was  overwhelmed saying “I don’t have a lot of awards so that means a lot.”

He was also mentioned as one of the best dressed of the night!  Janet Jackson present Mary J. Blige with the ICON Award.
