Billboard Music Awards Adds Travis Scott To List Of Performers

The Billboard Music Awards has added Travis Scott to the roster of performers, who will give his first televised performance since a crowd surge at Astroworld injured hundreds and led to 10 deaths. He’s also up for one Billboard Music Award this year, with the HVME remix of his track “Goosebumps” nominated for Top Dance/Electronic Song.

Ed Sheeran, Becky G, Elle King, Morgan Wallen, Miranda Lambert Silk Sonic, Maxwell, Megan Thee Stallion and Red Hot Chili Peppers are also performing. The Weeknd scooped up the most nominations (17), while Doja Cat and Olivia Rodrigo followed close behind with 14 and 13 nominations, respectively. Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs will host when the show airs live May 15th on NBC and Peacock.
