This Realtor Is A Genius…Or Psycho

The property listing of a home in Michigan has gone viral because the realtor dressed as Ghostface from “Scream.” And it’s kind of genius because he’s getting several showings.

James Pyle is friends with the homeowners, and they told him to have fun.  So have fun he did! Some of the photos show Ghostface  raking leaves, preparing to carve a pumpkin in the kitchen and playing with Legos on the living room floor.

Since this one has gotten lots of attention, now he says he’ll dress as other characters in future listings but wouldn’t say which ones.

He’s not the only one with this idea…another realtor in Florida had a visitor in his video tour of a listing.
