Meet The Top Red Kettle Ringer In The City

From WAVE3’s Postively WAVE series, you get to meet Doan Price. With a smile and a song, every day from Black Friday to Christmas Eve you’ll find her ringing her bell outside the Stonybrook Kroger.

She asked to be at that location after the fatal shooting that happened there in 2018. And last year, she raised $13,000 which was the most in Louisville!

The Salvation Army is about $80,000 short of their $500,000 goal and they need MORE VOLUNTEER BELL RINGERS! They are set up at over 80 sites around the area, and those with kids, dogs and great personalities really pull in donations!  Do you want to help?  Sign up HERE!
