New Unauthorized Britney Spears Documentary Dives Into Conservatorship And The “Free Britney” Movement

The New York Times is looking into the controversy surrounding Britney Spears’ conservatorship in a new unauthorized documentary, “Framing Britney Spears”. It will also examine whether there was validity to the #FreeBritney movement started by fans who worried she was stuck in a sort of prison, not free to make any decisions for herself.

It premieres Friday February 5 on FX.
