Well this is ironic coming from the most binge-worthy streaming platform. Netflix has teamed up with the meditation app Headspace and has released the trailer for an all-new show called “Headspace Guide to Sleep” and it debuts in 2 weeks.

Each episode is 15 minutes and will show the science behind a healthy night of sleep and provide tips on how to achieve it. It will explore topics like insomnia, stress, and even what happens when you’re on your phone too much in bed.
