Ouch!  Machine Gun Kelly got caught up in a celebratory moment during the afterparty following his sold out show at Madison Square Garden in NYC, when he smashed a champagne glass on his face!  He was bleeding but still soldiered on with a song, captioning the clip on his IG story with “and this is when things turned…”!
