Heartbreaking Week For James Van Der Beek

Not only did he get eliminated from ‘Dancing With the Stars’, but he revealed on the show that he and his wife suffered the loss of their 6th child from a miscarriage.

It happened on Saturday and James didn’t think he was going to perform. But his wife pushed him to do it from her hospital bed, and there wasn’t a dry eye in the ballroom after he told his story. The dance he performed was BEAUTIFUL and emotional and he scooped up his crying daughter in the audience to carry her for his scores.

Ultimately, it wasn’t enough as the judges voted to save Ally Brooke over James when they were in the bottom two. Ally was so torn up she tried to give her spot to James.
