Ed Sheeran Receives Government Call While Recording a Podcast

Ed Sheeran got a call from the government during a recent podcast filming. The “Bad Habits” singer was filming with Harry Potter stars Oliver and James Phelps’ “Normal Not Normal” podcast when the singer had to step away.

“Wait, wait, wait. Government, government,” Ed can be heard saying before stepping away for a moment.

Ed’s manager, Stuart Camp. was with him and joked about the moment saying it was like Ed “was like being called by your teacher.” When Sheeran returned he divulged that he was asked if he had been quarantining since returning from the U.S. after promoting his latest single, “Bad Habits.”
