Young Rookie Cop Gives Life-Saving CPR To 3-Year-Old

Scary moment in Ohio for a mom who called 911 after her 3-year-old daughter fell and stopped breathing.  Dramatic police bodycam shows 23-year-old Officer Soren Osicka doing chest compressions performing CPR. When she finally showed signs of life, she was whisked away in an ambulance.

Officer Osicka had only been on the job for less than 6 months!
