Woman Meets Her Birth Mother After 53 Years Apart

 Sarah Kleinhans and her half-brother were adopted by family in New Hampshire, from Korea, when she was just a year old. All they had was a locket with both their mom’s pic and their baby pic inside. Sarah finally met her mom and her half sister. What an amazing moment!
