Meet our Wet Nose Wednesday star, Justice! Justice is a six-year-old Treeing Walker Coonhound who came to the Kentucky Humane Society from an overcrowded shelter.

When Justice arrived, he was extremely underweight and had some old pressure sores on his body. Needing time to heal and gain weight, we sent Justice into a loving foster home to recover. In his foster home, Justice got along well with the other dogs but was not a fan of the kitty. Because of this, he does need a cat-free home.

Justice is such a sweet, snuggly guy who loves to cuddle and be with his people. Like any good Coonhound, he loves spending time outside exploring the great outdoors. After he’s done with exploring, he’s ready to lay down beside you for a nap. Justice will need some help adjusting to home life and will need a patient adopter to help him through house-training. He gets so excited outside that sometimes he forgets he’s supposed to be doing his business. With time, love and patience- he will get the hang of it in no time at all!

Could you be the one for Justice? Justice is neutered, micro-chipped and up-to-date on vaccinations. Schedule an appointment to meet him at kyhumane.org/dogs today!
