Nearly five years after he was critically injured when his chauffeured limo was hit by a sleep-deprived trucker, Tracy Morgan finds himself getting treated again in an ambulance. He was involved in a car crash on 42nd Street Tuesday that left his new, $2 million Bugatti all scraped up — and Tracy leaving in an ambulance.

A driver with New Jersey plates tried to make a right turn onto 10th Avenue from the left lane around 1:30 p.m., slamming into Tracy’s car. Here’s the kicker…a witness said Tracy told him he got the Bugatti “literally an hour ago and he paid $2 million for it.”

There seems to be some confusion as to who was to blame…61-year-old Jocelyn Madulid was the one Tracy says hit him with her Honda CRV, but she says he hit her. Tracy was also seen banging his fist on the passenger side window of her car yelling at her, and she said she was left frightened by the ordeal.

Morgan was treated in an ambulance at the scene, before leaving with another person, witnesses said.
