Rob Lowe dangled a little carrot on his Instagram indicating he might be playing Joe Exotic in a new TV project with Ryan Murphy.

There are no details about the project and whether it would be a movie or limited series. If it comes to fruition, it would likely be for Netflix where Murphy is under a mega overall deal.  Kinda need this to happen because from the looks of Rob in this pic… it could be amazing LOL!
