Radiothon Kid Throws The First Pitch At The Louisville Bats Game

Oldham County’s TJ Floyd was just 7-years-old when he fell off his bike without a helmet and suffered a traumatic brain injury. He spent 63 days in the hospital after emergency open-brain surgery. In the years since, he’s been learning how to walk and talk.

His mom, Heather, launched TJ’s Warriors to teach the importance of bike helmet safety and share TJ’s journey!  This past Saturday was pretty special when the Louisville Bats asked him to throw the first pitch to Buddy Bat!
