As the $50 million defamation case Johnny Depp brought against Amber Heard continues, a forensic psychologist testified Tuesday that Heard suffers from borderline personality disorder and histrionic personality disorder. The psychologist hired by Depp’s team, Shannon Curry, reached her diagnosis during 12 hours of interviews with Heard, as well as from reviewing her mental-health records.

Curry also testified that Heard does not suffer post-traumatic stress disorder from her relationship with Depp, as Heard claims. Depp’s team hopes Curry’s testimony will help prove Heard was the aggressor in the couple’s relationship. Earlier on Tuesday, Tara Roberts, manager of Depp’s home in the Bahamas, testified that she witnessed an argument between the couple during which “Amber was telling him he was a washed-up actor going to die a fat, lonely old man.” Moments later, as Depp attempted to leave, Heard was seen “hugging and kissing”  him and “begged him to return.”

Police that responded to a call to their house in 2016 also testified they didn’t believe Heard was the victim of domestic violence. Officer William Gatlin, who did a follow-up visit after the fight, said he didn’t notice any injuries on Heard, but added that his meeting with her was brief and from a short distance. Officer Tyler Haddon, who responded to the original call, testified that he didn’t notice any injuries to Heard either, but believes she had been crying and was “red-faced.” On Tuesday, a video-taped deposition of Los Angeles Police Officer Melissa Saenz said also she did not identify Heard “as a victim of domestic violence.”
