Nearly two weeks after former Dancing With the Stars pro Artem Chingvintsev was arrest for domestic violence, wife Nikki Garcia filed for divorce. The incident happened in Napa, California, where the former couple lives with their son, Matteo. They were married for two years.

They met as partners on DWTS when Nikki was engaged to John Cena. After that engagement ended, she reconnected with Chingvintsev and they started dating. They tied the knot in 2022.
