NBC Is Investigating Gabrielle Union's Claims About The Work Environment AT AGT

After news broke that Gabrielle Union and Julianne Hough were both out as judges on AGT after just a season on the show, eyebrows were raised.

Than Gabrielle started getting honest about her experience on the show calling it a ‘toxic’ environment. Since then, she was able to air her concerns in a length meeting with executives.

We had a lengthy 5-hour, and what I thought to be, productive meeting yesterday. I was able to, again, express my unfiltered truth. I led with transparency and my desire and hope for real change.
