It was announced last night that music legend Quincy Jones died at his home in Bel Air, surrounded by his family.  He was 91.  He had a long and legendary career working with greats like Frank Sinatra, Michael Jackson, and also produced “We Are the World”.

Jones also wrote, orchestrated, and produced a lot of well known instrumentals that became theme songs, including the theme for 70s sitcom “Sanford and Son” and “Austin Powers”.

He was inducted into the Rock ‘N Roll Hall of Fame in 2013.
