“Baby Holly” went missing in Texas 42 years ago…but thanks to investigators, she has been found! This story is rooted in tragedy in that Holly’s parents, Tina and Harold Clause, were mysteriously murdered sometime between December 1980 and January 1981.  But the bodies hadn’t been identified until last year. Baby Holly was left at a church in Arizona by two women who identified themselves as members of a nomadic religious group. A couple at the church adopted her and they are not considered suspects in the death of her parents.

Once the bodies were identified, the family started looking for Baby Holly, who is now a 42-year-old mom of 5 and grandma, living in Oklahoma who was unaware of her tragic backstory. On Tuesday, Baby Holly met some members of her parents’ family virtually.  Sherry Linn Green, one of Holly’s aunts, said she dreamed about her sister, Tina, after reuniting with her niece.

“In my dream, Tina was laying on the floor rolling around and laughing and playing with Holly like I saw them do many times before when they lived with me prior to moving to Texas,” Sherry Linn Green said. “I believe Tina’s finally resting in peace knowing Holly is reuniting with her family.” They hope to meet in person sometime soon.
