Uh oh.

Lori Loughlin and her husband Mossimo Giannulli are still facing possibly serious prison time for their role in the college admissions scandal, but now a former federal prosecutor says their daughters might have been knowing participants.

Apparently there’s evidence that Olivia Jade and Isabella were aware of the conspiracy, participated and went along with the conspiracy. The evidence is fake photos of the daughters on rowers and they submitted fake applications to USC, which makes them involved.

Loughlin and Giannulli submitted a ‘not guilty’ plea in April, and have made no indication that they’re looking to reverse it.

The former federal prosecutor believes that allowing the case to go to trial will set their daughters up for failure.
