Lori Loughlin is still planning to fight charges in the Operation Varsity Blues scandal, even after Felicity Huffman got sentenced to just 14 days in prison.

Another defendant in the scandal was just given a four-month prison stint. Now, as many as 12 defendants in the case are looking to change their pleas. But not Lori. If she should go to trial, Loughlin would be facing up to 40 years in prison if found guilty on both counts.

Loughlin is accused of paying $500,000 and faces that additional charge of money laundering.

In the meantime, Lifetime has a movie based on the scandal set to premiere October 12th.
