Although she aspires to be a “raw alkaline vegan,” Lizzo has made some changes to the foods she eats after introducing animal proteins back into her diet. This started with trying a Japanese diet and led to eating meat, having more energy, losing weight, and getting rid of mental fog.

All that matter is that you’re happy. And if you’re happy, I’m happy.

Back in January 2024, Women’s Health Magazine published a list of celebrities who followed vegan diets with Lizzo at the top of their list. Other names on the list included Ariana Grande and Billie Eilish,
