People are still talking about Kim Kardashian West’s exaggerated tiny waist, with many believing she might have removed a rib for the look.

She didn’t get THAT extreme but did actually train 6 days a week in the gym and for seven months to learn how to BREATHE in her corset.

The corset and her trainer was by Mr. Pearl…who himself trained his waist down to 18 inches. Oh…and she couldn’t sit down.
