Kim Kardashian and Kanye West Welcome Their Fourth Child

The surrogate for Kim Kardashian and Kanye West has given birth.

The couple’s fourth child is a boy. Kim tweeted Friday, “He’s here and he’s perfect.”

While she did not reveal a name, she said the baby boy is a twin to their daughter, Chicago.
