But wait…didn’t they just break up because she found out he’s expecting a baby with someone else?  Yep…it all played out on the Kardashian’s Hulu show. But now Khloe Kardashian and ex Tristan Thompson are set to welcome a second child together via surrogate. Awkwarddddd.

Plus, Khloe started dating a private equity investor last month thanks to a set-up from sister, Kim. Not sure how that dynamic will work out, but we’re sure most of it will be caught on cameras and end up on their show.
