This is actually the best birthday gift a celebrity could give!

Kim Kardashian turned 39 on Monday and her husband, Kanye, decided to make a million-dollar donation in her name to her favorite charities that focus on prison reform.  The charities included Cut 50, Buried Alive Project, Equal Justice Initiative and the Anti-Recidivism Coalition.
