Johnny Depp is suing his ex-wife Amber Heard for $100 million over an op-ed she wrote at the height of the MeToo movement claiming she was abused by Depp. His lawyers have painted her as a liar who made up the allegations to gain publicity for a movie she was starring in, and claim that Depp’s career was destroyed as a result.
