Competitive eater Joey Chestnut normally would have celebrated National Taco Day by participating in a taco eating contest, but this year…he made his own challenge at home.

The recipe:

2 pounds of chips, 3 pounds of ground beef, 2+ pounds of cheese, 1+ pound of salsa, 6+ avocados, onions, sour cream and Joey’s signature green hatch and jalapeño sauce.

The time: 38 minutes.
