‘Hamilton’ Drives Up Disney+ App Downloads By Over 70 Percent

Because it’s AMAZING. A lot of people wanted to see Hamilton on Disney Plus over the holiday weekend. Reports say that downloads of the Disney Plus app went up by 72 percent since the blockbuster premiered on Friday.

The U.S. download count was estimated at over 266,000. Worldwide, over 513,000 downloaded Disney Plus between July 3rd and July 5th.
