Quick, check the shelves. If you were an early reader of HP and have a first edition of Harry Potter & The Philosopher’s Stone, you could be in for a a BIG payout.

According to 7 News in Australia, only 500 books were printed, which were sent to schools and libraries around the world at the time.

An original copy is expected to bring in $50,000 AUD ($34,500 USD) when the hammer comes down.

What makes this version of the book special are two publishing errors. On the back jacket is the misspelling of “philospher” and there’s a repetition inside the pages.
