Dolly Parton Donated $1 Million to Help Fund a COVID-19 Vaccine

Let’s hear it for Dolly Parton! Shortly after the coronavirus was declared a pandemic, the Dolly Parton Foundation donated $1 million to vaccine research for covid-19.

Fast forward 8 months and that $1 million has directly impacted the Moderna vaccine which is supposed to be 94.5% effective against the coronavirus!
