Charlie Puth is backing up songwriter Greyson Chance’s claims he was ghosted by Ellen DeGeneres’s record label. Puth spoke out saying he was also ghosted by Ellen’s label after Chance shared the “opportunistic” comedian “completely abandoned” him.

Puth said, “We both have different experiences, me versus Greyson. But I do agree with him that no one was present, certainly, after the creation of my first demo EP.”  Puth was signed to the short-lived record label in 2011. Puth doesn’t blame Ellen or any one person, but the collective as a whole. He also has never experience the rudeness Ellen has become known for.

In the meantime, Puth has a new album called “Charlie”!
