Billboard Music Awards 2023 Winners [LIST]
The 2023 Billboard Music Awards happened Sunday night, November 19 and were very much dominated by Taylor Swift and Morgan Wallen. Taylor received 10 awards while Morgan received 11. Mariah Carey was honored with the Billboard Chart Achievement Award for “All I Want for Christmas is You.”
