AMC Theaters Lost $2.2 BILLION In The Pandemic…But Plans To Reopen Fully Next Month

AMC Theaters reported a whopping $2.2 billion loss in the first quarter due to the global theatrical shutdown caused by the coronavirus.
The company said it will fully reopen theaters worldwide in July.
AMC also said it expects that the business will gradually return this summer when blockbusters such as “Tenet” and “Mulan” come out on July 17th and July 24th.
