More damning testimony against Amber Heard in the defamation trial Johnny Depp brought against her. At the center of the case is an Op-Ed Heard wrote claiming she was a victim of domestic violence during the “Me Too” movement in 2018.  Testimony revealed that she didn’t actually write it…the ACLU was the ghostwriter of the piece. They pitched it on her behalf, timed to the release of Heard’s then-upcoming film, Aquaman.  In that December 2018, piece, Heard wrote that “two years ago, I became a public figure representing domestic abuse.” Depp is suing her for ruining his reputation with that op-ed, and she has yet to prove any abuse.

The ACLU also claims Heard has given just $1.3 million of the promised $3.5 million of her divorce settlement from Johnny Depp—and her ex-boyfriend Elon Musk donated nearly half of that money ($500,000). It’s unclear exactly whether there was a quid pro quo between Heard and the ACLU, with them helping her in exchange for the sizable donation she promised them from the divorce settlement—but it’s clear Heard hasn’t paid them in full.

Here’s more shocking revelations from Johnny’s testimony:

His entire reason behind the lawsuit is to restore his reputation and prove her allegations were false, and it seems to be working.
