Adele Says She Won’t Sing About Her Divorce On Her Next Album

Um…not sure how to feel about this because Adele has built a career wrecking our hearts with songs like “Rolling in the Deep,” “Someone Like You,” “Hello” and “Send My Love (to Your New Lover)”!! But when you know why she is going a different direction, you’ll understand.
She’s pulling a Mama Bear and protecting her son. A source connected to her told OK! magazine that Adele made the decision not to sing about her ex-husband because she worried how it would affect their son, eight-year-old Angelo. Any parent would understand that.
“Her new album will have a different sound anyway, so it hasn’t bothered her too much that Simon quietly expected her to keep their relationship out of her music,” the source added.
