2021 St. Patrick’s Day Parade Canceled; Replaced With Month Long Celebration

So we’ve got good needs and bad news. The bad news? The annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade in the Highlands has gotten canceled for the second year in a row.

The good news? It’s being replaced by a MONTH LONG CELEBRATION that starts this week! It’s called “Blarney on Baxter” and will encourage the community to visit local businesses to embark on a special “Irish journey” and punch their passport along the way.

Participants will get a St. Patrick’s Day pint glass after having their passport punched in each participating location with the purchase of a meal and drink.

All completed passports dropped off at the “Hibernian Hall” on Saturday, March 14 from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. Its location will be revealed during parade week. The fun begins on February 17th!
